I don’t have up to 10years experience, but the practices i have witnessed (in my 3 years experience) has piqued my interest in Laboratory inspection in Nigeria and i wish i could apply, because I am so passionate about ensuring that basic standards are met in all Laboratory across the country (especially those in remote regions)… I kindly suggest that MLSCN should try and accomodate younger personal so that we at least understudy the process and help scout for “hidden” medical laboratories….. So much to share if only…..

This is a welcome development at the right time when quality of practice should be rigorously pursued and entrenched to gradually prepare more laboratories for accreditation with ISO15189 .
Excellence doesn’t come easy but with dedication, perseverance and focus, successful results will be achieved and confidence/respect will be showered on our enviable profession!
I have more than 10 years experience and if qualified and selected, will be really glad to serve and contribute my little quota to my valued profession.

I too don’t have 10 years of experience. So i cant apply for the same . It’s really a great experience to work as a laboratory inspector and ensuring that all laboratories are met with at least the basic standards. Laboratories should be well standardized and should use high quality equipment’s like the medical laboratory FML in Dubai http://www.fml-dubai.com/diagnostics-laboratory/ .I too suggest MLSCN to accommodate younger people so that they too can also study the process.
